The Integrated Personalised Care (IPC) Awards recognise inspirational success stories.
The principle of Personalised Care is about empowering people to lead the lives they wish to live, asking the person ‘what matters to them’ and giving them choice and control in their health and care.
The awards are a way to give back, recognise and thank those people who work within health and care, who focused on the ‘What Matters to You’ approach and have had influence on the life of an individual/s and the health and care system as a whole.
Upcoming Awards
This year we have two IPC Awards focussing on two separate England NHS regions:
- The South West Integrated Personalised Care Awards 2026 running for the fifth consecutive year, will be hosted for the South West region in Somerset on the 26th of November 2026.
- The second London Integrated Personalised Care Awards 2026, will be hosted for the London region in London on the 3rd of December 2026.
