You can join the Coalition for Personalised Care either as an individual member or as a partner organisation.
The options are explained in more detail below:
1. Individual Membership
Anyone can become a member – whether or not you have lived experience. You might be a care receiver, carer, young person, student, clinician, or other professional.
Individual members are people with an interest in personalised care. This includes individuals from any organisation e.g. those employed by our current partners.
Everyone is welcome to join the Coalition for Personalised Care. Membership has a range of benefits; it is also free and does not require an application. You just need to register using a simple form and agree to our principles and code of conduct.
2. Partnership
Partnership is for organisations who would like to work with the Coalition for Personalised Care and bring their frontline knowledge and expertise to the table. If your organisation is interested in collaborating with us, you may want to apply for the Coalition for Personalised Care Partnership.
The process involves an initial conversation with our Trustees and a simple application form, including agreement to our principles and code of conduct.
