Members are individuals with an interest in personalised care. This includes people from any organisation, including those affiliated with our current partners.
Anyone can become a member—whether or not you have lived experience. You might be a care receiver, carer, young person, student, clinician, or professional—everyone is welcome to join C4PC.

Cost of Membership and Donations
Membership with C4PC is completely free.
Donations to support our work are entirely optional and voluntary.
